Entonces que tenés que hacer para controlar el estrés y así bajar tus niveles de Cortisol: . 1️⃣ Técnicas de gestión de estrés: meditación, mindfulness, terapia, journaling o tapping. Elegí lo que sea más cómodo para vos. . 2️⃣ Cambios en tu estilo de vida: no usar el celu al menos 1 hora antes de irte a dormir y no usarlo por lo menos 30 minutos después de levantarte. Let’s go through these habits that naturally keep metabolism firing and insulin LOW ⬇️ - They stop eating when hunger fades, not when the plate is empty. Insulin follows intake, not just macros. - They let boredom pass without feeding it. Most insulin spikes aren’t hunger. They’re stimulation-seeking. - They don’t stack “healthy” inputs all day. Snacks. Bite. Taste. Sample. Finish kids foods. Constant signals = constant storage. - They finish eating earlier than most people think matters. Late input = insulin bleed into sleep. - They don’t turn workouts into permission slips. Training doesn’t justify grazing. - They tolerate mild hunger without panic. That window is where insulin actually drops. - They don’t fear lighter meals. The body adapts. Insulin relaxes. - They don’t soothe stress with food. Cortisol + insulin is a storage cocktail. - They repeat boring days. Consistency lowers insulin more than novelty ever will.
