Sobre a recuperação extrajudicial da Raízen: Isso não significa falência. É uma renegociação de dívidas com credores mais rápida, direta e menos burocrática. E o que muda pra quem investe? ✔ Se os recebíveis continuam sendo pagos → o CRA segue normal ⚠ Se houver atraso ou renegociação → pode impactar prazos e retornos 🚨 Se o fluxo parar → você passa a depender das garantias da operação 👉 E aqui está o ponto mais importante: as garantias podem incluir recebíveis, ativos (como imóveis e fábricas) e até reserva de caixa. ⚠ Mas atenção: cada CRA tem sua própria estrutura.
