Just yesterday there was another ruling on DACA, that they will continue to deny new applications, IT’S BEEN 2 YEARS SINCE THEY STOPPED NEW APPLICATIONS FOR DACA. So what about the undocumented youth?? Why don’t we talk about them?? They are lost and afraid without a voice, and here we are with DACA forgetting what it was like when we didn’t have DACA and how we were living??Don’t you remember what that felt like?? The thing I hate about DACA ( well one of the things ) is that they literally threatened us about taking it away if we ever break the law, even a red light can get your DACA revoked. So it makes it harder to want to hit the streets in protest, to cause a disturbance to society to express our anger, because if we were to get arrested we wouldn’t be protected from deportation anymore. But FUCK THAT. What we need is a permanent solution for DACA recipients so we can be better allies for our immigrant communities. I’m tired of everthing being focused on DACA. Like there’s 11 million undocumented people LIVING IN FEAR. WE NEED TO START RAISING OUR VOICES AGAIN BECAUSE DON’T FORGET THERE’S PEOPLE WITHOUT A VOICE! How can you help? Sign the petition holding Biden accountable, we need to ACT NOW.
