KRThe Persian people are fighting for their dignity. For years they have suffered from a state which oppresses even the most fundamental human rights and continuously commits injustice towards its own people to keep its own regime intact.
Today has shown us that the the most recent protests & demonstrations in Iran will not be stopping, despite the blackouts, the police violence and the state propaganda instilled upon the people. We see the Western world supporting these demonstrations and actively calling for the collapse of the regime. A notable characteristic of the protesters are the women who are protesting for their freedom within the country, however in the streets of Iran both men and women march down and take over all the cities in the name of justice and freedom.

REPolice arrested dozens of people at pro-Palestinian demonstrations at Yale University in Connecticut and New York University in Manhattan as the war in Gaza continues to reverberate through U.S. university campuses.
The police crackdowns came after Columbia University canceled in-person classes on April 22, in response to protesters setting up tent encampments at its New York City campus last week.
Demonstrators blocked traffic around Yale’s campus in New Haven, Connecticut, demanding the school divest from military weapons manufacturers. Police arrested more than 45 protesters, according to the student-run Yale Daily News.
In New York, officers moved on the NYU crowd shortly after nightfall as hundreds of demonstrators for hours had defied university warnings that they faced consequences if they failed to vacate a plaza where they had gathered. Video on social media showed police taking down tents in the protesters’ encampment.
