🚨MAKE NO MISTAKE: THE NDP CREATED THIS DRIPA CRISIS. And NOW the consequences are hitting all at once: ALL BC LAWS ARE ON THE LINE. THE BC ECONOMY IS ON THE LINE. The Court of Appeal in this recent decision, couldn’t be clearer. Paragraph 177: “The Legislature chose to impose a statutory duty… to align British Columbia laws and UNDRIP.” This was the NDP’s CHOICE— and now it’s BC’s DISASTER. Premier EBY feels comfortable in his ideological agenda and REFUSES TO RECALL THE LEGISLATURE TO REPEAL DRIPA.
