Both of our sessions were very different but came back to the same thing: capacity within ourselves to hold our own power and to be fully seen. 🤍✨️🫶 --- The point of capacity isn’t to handle more. It’s to have access to yourself when it actually matters. Without it, you get triggered ➡️ and lose access you feel something big ➡️ and pull back or react you know what to do ➡️ but can’t access it in the moment With it, you feel it ➡️ and stay you’re activated ➡️ and still have choice you’re seen ➡️ and don’t disappear Most people don’t lack awareness. They lose access to it the moment it matters. Capacity is what keeps you connected to yourself when your nervous system wants to take you offline. And it’s not just about handling the hard things. It’s about not pulling back when things are actually good: Love. Visibility. Truth. Success. Aliveness. The things we all want the most… are often where we lose ourselves. Because they require more of us than we currently have the capacity to hold.

Energy Work is About to Change — Here’s Why This is a silent observation I’ve been making for the last few years. Within that same time, I’ve realized I’ve needed to shift myself — but even still, this imbalance is rising to the surface. There are still so many people who expect energy work to be free, cheap, or require the practitioner to overextend themselves to support others. I’ve often referenced a shift happening, and I now realize this observation is a big part of it. It’s already in motion — but as time goes on, energy workers will move further away from being easily accessible. Services will likely see tighter boundaries, higher investments, and a deeper level of intentionality behind how they work and who they work with. The point is, as energy workers, we cannot — and will not — do the work of the collective anymore. Case in point: it’s obviously not sustainable. This is one of the many ways people are being guided inward. So now is the time to start doing that work — or at least make a plan to begin. And to be clear, this isn’t fear mongering. I’ve learned the hard way how, over time, energy accumulates. Without release, that build-up can: drain vitality, disrupt sleep, make you feel blocked or stagnant, create anxiety, affect your immune system, and cloud intuition. Just like your physical body needs to be cleansed regularly, so does your energy body. Here are 3 daily energetic hygiene practices that don’t take much time 1. Smoke cleansing 🔥 �Light sage, palo santo, or plants native to where you live – pine, juniper, rosemary. Sweep the smoke from feet to crown. Think of it like a smoke shower. Visualise the smoke creating a boundary and washing away what’s not yours. 2. Water rituals 🌊 �The sea is ideal. A salt bath is beautiful. But even a conscious shower works – feel the water rinsing any heavy or dull energy from your body. 3. Cleansing visualisation 🧘🏻‍♀️ �Sit quietly. Eyes closed. Visualise releasing energetic ties that drain you. Return any energy that isn’t yours. Call back any energy you’ve left behind – with people, places, or conversations. Thank things before you let them go. That relationship. That job. That version of yourself. Gratitude for what no longer serves you completes the cycle and lets your nervous system release it. 3. Burn bay leaves with your intentions written on them. The act of releasing something into fire signals to your subconscious that you’re serious. Your brain responds to ritual, even if it feels silly. 4. Shower or wash your hands when you feel someone else’s energy on you. Water is a cleanser. Literally and energetically. These are not “follow along” practices. they’re glimpses into a system that is meant to be learned gradually, with guidance, awareness, and foundation. Kundalini Kriya is not a workout or performance. they are inner cleansing processes working with breath, spine, and awareness to purify the nervous system, balance the nadis, and prepare the mind for stillness. This path isn’t about forcing energy to rise, it begins with refinement. with clearing, balancing, and aligning the inner pathways so that awakening can happen gracefully.
