PROOF OF CONCEPT 🧱⚡️ As a Speed Performance Coach, I see it as a fundamental requirement to be able to perform and demonstrate every exercise in detail myself. Only when I feel the movement in my own body do I truly understand the physical and mental demands it places on a player. This understanding is crucial for me to make training methods not just theoretical, but tangible and practical. I firmly believe: a coach must be the “proof of concept” of their own work. My players can see that everything I teach is something that actually works. This creates trust and a shared foundation on which we can continuously grow together. At the same time, this means that my own development never stops. I train every day, test new methods and analyze how to push athletes to their absolute maximum. For me, there is no such thing as a personal “prime” - because progress is not an endpoint, but a process that never ends.
