It’s not just about translating paperwork but emotions and entire family systems, often since being a kid. It’s feeling pride and pressure at the same time. It’s succeeding publicly while struggling privately. It’s wondering if you’re allowed to rest when generations before you never had the chance. This message is for every First Gen, every child of immigrants who has ever felt tired, guilty, hopeful, overwhelmed, proud, afraid, and powerful all at once. You don’t have to keep choosing survival in seasons where you deserve healing.✨ I’m forever thankful to my clients who choose me to walk alongside them in their healing journey.
