Here are 3 simple, play-based exercises to help strengthen those growing feet: 🎾 Tennis ball roll – Rolling the ball under the foot massages and activates the arch muscles while improving flexibility and sensory awareness. 🦶🏻Towel scrunch – Have your child sit and use their toes to pull the towel toward them. This strengthens the intrinsic muscles that help lift and support the arch. 🧩 Toe pick-ups – Scatter small objects like pom-poms or marbles and have your child pick them up with their toes.
