💖 FLORABLOOM FORTE is a force of creamy mango musk with sparks of bright tuberose that flashes intermittently, giving shines in the right spaces. It is musky, it is fruity, it is a touch creamy and the white floral presence is there. The coconut mentioned isn’t scary as it’s only giving a sense of creaminess and the mossy & sandalwood base gives enough woodiness on the drydown.
…and to my surprise: this new baby performs! The projection is great on my skin and I carry the whiff everywhere I move. Love love love. Probably the prettiest, daintiest Aqua Allegoria that has ever graced my nose.
💖 FLORABLOOM EDT is a lighter, brighter, more citrusy version of the Forte (EDP). It smells more like Aqua Allegoria — it possesses the brightness of lime and/or citruses that most AA perfumes have. Opens up with a fresh lime scent that disappears swiftly, where then the slightly woody-creamy floral takes stage. The floral here is a right balance of iris & tuberose and the nice woody-musky base completes the journey.
⚖️ Which one to get?
If you want more volumes, a woodier and mossy base (the moss is quite dominant on the drydown), more musky atmosphere, get the FORTE.
If you’re here for the light, fleeting dynamics of Aqua Allegoria and craves for that bright citrus beginning, consider the EDT.
