🚨Save and try these! Our core’s main job isn’t to give you a six-pack… it’s to stabilize the spine and transfer force between your upper and lower body. —That means resisting unwanted motion and controlling rotation. If you only train your core with crunches, sit-ups, or static planks, you’re missing one of the most important functions: ROTATIONAL STABILITY!! Here’s why it matters: * The spine is designed to move in multiple planes, but too much uncontrolled rotation or extension = stress on discs, joints, and ligaments. * The anterior and posterior oblique slings (muscles that connect the shoulder to the opposite hip) stabilize the pelvis and spine during BOTH athletic and everyday movement. * Training these slings with rotational core work builds resilience against low back pain, improves posture, and makes every lift or movement more efficient. -Start integrating rotation, stability, and movement together.

If you want balance, stability, and longevity, your muscles need to work together, not separately. That’s where functional, full-body movements come in. They don’t just build muscle, they build coordination, control, and resilience. You get stronger in every plane of movement, reduce your risk of injury, and move like an athlete, not a machine.

ATHLETIC TWISTS 🔥 Actually, maybe we should call these The Trevor Twists Cuz I haven’t seen anyone else do this one 🤷🏽‍♂️ (100 a day keeps the tightness away) This might look like a weird dance move — but it’s one of the most powerful ways to restore balance, detox your organs, and realign your body from the inside out. Every bounce + twist: – Hydrates your fascia – Untangles deep core knots – Stimulates lymphatic flow – Massages your internal organs – Fires your nervous system into rhythm Your fascia is the web that wraps around every muscle, organ, and nerve. When it’s tight, you feel stiff. When it’s hydrated and elastic, you move like a spring. The twisting motion wrings out stagnation in your spine and midsection — the exact areas that get bound up from stress, sitting, or poor breathing. Add the sharp exhales?
