Comment “KALA” 👇🔥 Seeing white hair in your 20s? It’s not just age — it’s biology. 🧠🧬 Hair turns white when melanin production slows down. This can happen due to: • Genetics 🧬 • Stress & oxidative damage ⚡ • Vitamin deficiencies (B12, Iron, D) 🥗 • Scalp inflammation 🧴 • Lifestyle factors 🚬 In this post, we explained: 🌿 How Methi Dana supports scalp circulation 🌿 How Giloy helps reduce oxidative stress 🌺 How Hibiscus supports thickness & shine 🍃 How Neem maintains a clean, healthy scalp No fake guarantees. ❌ No “7-day miracle” claims. ❌ Only realistic, science-based support. ✅ Healthy scalp + balanced nutrition + consistency = better hair strength over time. 1. We’ve been told less than 8 hours is dangerous. But Japan, the country that sleeps the least, also lives the longest. Average Japanese adult? About 6 hours a night. And still: low obesity, low disease, high life expectancy. Women live to 87.1, men to 81.1. This isn’t about genetics. It’s about how they sleep, not how long. 2. The key is sleep efficiency. Japanese routines are engineered for quality. Hot baths before bed trigger deep sleep. Bedrooms are kept cool, around 60 to 65 degrees. They sleep on firm futons that support spine alignment. The result? More non-REM restorative sleep in less time. It’s not about chasing hours. It’s about maximizing depth. 3. Their circadian rhythm is locked in. Daily movement, early dinners, and anti-inflammatory food like fish, fermented veggies, and green tea stabilize hormones. The body recovers faster because it’s not fighting off junk. One researcher said: they don’t just sleep cleaner – they live cleaner. 4. Napping isn’t seen as lazy. It’s maintenance. Twenty to thirty minute naps are built into adult routines. At work. On trains. In between errands. These micro-rests drop cortisol, reset focus, and slow brain aging. Americans call it burnout. The Japanese call it timing. 5. Most people don’t need more sleep. They need better input. A hot bath ninety minutes before bed. A cool, dark room. A firm sleep surface. Less phone light. More walking. Early meals. When your rhythm runs clean, six hours can feel like eight – and you stop waking up tired. ‼️ Drop sleep in the comments – I’ll show you how to reset your body clock and get deep rest, even if your schedule is chaos. No pills, no sleep trackers – just results in 72 hours.

A normal guy vs the fastest 0.1% of humans on Earth. Same track. Same distance. Completely different reality. What looks close for the first second instantly turns into a lesson in biomechanics, training, and genetics pushed to the extreme. This isn’t effort vs effort — it’s everyday human limits colliding with elite optimization. The gap appears faster than your brain expects. And once it does, there’s no catching up. Comment “AI” if this looked unreal at first. I also run a short tech and AI newsletter breaking down moments like this — there’s a surprise waiting once you subscribe. Follow @wealthinai for real-world comparisons that reset your sense of “normal.”

@biology.medical_
Esotropia, or "crossed eyes," is a type of strabismus where one or both eyes turn inward toward the nose, disrupting binocular vision and potentially causing double vision or lazy eye (amblyopia). It can be constant or intermittent, appearing in infants (infantile esotropia) or developing later, often linked to genetics, farsightedness (accommodative esotropia), or neurological issues, and is treated with glasses, vision therapy, or sometimes surgery.  Causes Genetics: A family history of eye misalignment. Farsightedness (Hyperopia): Over-focusing (accommodating) to see clearly can cause the eyes to cross (accommodative esotropia). Neurological problems: Issues with the brain or nerves controlling eye muscles. Premature birth: A risk factor, especially for infantile forms.  Types Infantile Esotropia: Develops in the first six months, often constant and large-angle. Accommodative Esotropia: Triggered by focusing, common in young children. Intermittent vs. Constant: May appear only sometimes or all the time.  Signs & Symptoms Visible inward turning of one or both eyes. Squinting, blinking, or tilting the head to see better. Double vision (in older children/adults). Poor depth perception. Amblyopia (lazy eye) from the brain suppressing one eye's image.  Treatment Corrective Lenses: Glasses (especially for accommodative esotropia). Vision Therapy: Eye exercises to improve eye teaming. Surgery: In some cases, to realign eye muscles.  When to See a Doctor Any eye misalignment, especially in infants or if it develops in older children/adults, should be evaluated by an eye doctor (optometrist or ophthalmologist) for proper diagnosis and treatment.  #sciencereels #studygram #instagram #learning #education

These are the 5 poorest medical specialties. 🩺💸 Note that this list doesn’t include the pediatric versions of specialties because that would make it a completely pediatric list. In the 5️⃣ spot is endocrinology at $291,000 a year. Despite a lower salary, residency plus fellowship lasts 5 to 6 years after medical school. At number 4️⃣ is geriatric medicine at $289,000. It takes 4 years to become a geriatric medicine doctor after medical school. In 3️⃣ place is preventive medicine, with $282,000 a year. Residency and fellowship training lasts 3 years. In the number 2️⃣ spot is pediatrics at $260,000. Pediatric residency is 3 years. There are also several 3-year fellowship options available, but these specialists actually make less than pediatric generalists. In the number 1️⃣ spot is medical genetics and genomics at $245,000. Residency lasts 3 years. #medicalschool #medicalschoollife #medstudent #medicalstudent #residencylife #residencyprogram #residentphysician #residency #careerpath #career #medgram #specialty #viralreels #payment #paycheck #endocrinology #endocrinologist #genetics #genetic #pediatrics #pediatrician #geriatrics #preventivemedicine #preventivecare #medicalgenetics
