The Role:
We are seeking reliable and enthusiastic Virtual Teaching Assistants to support our lead teachers in delivering dynamic online classes. You will be the essential link that ensures each child feels supported, the class runs smoothly, and our teachers can focus on instruction. Key Responsibilities:
Provide real-time support to the lead teacher in a virtual classroom setting.
Assist with online classroom management, helping to monitor the chat, coordinate technical troubleshooting, and manage student participation.
Offer direct, supportive engagement with children, answering simple questions and providing encouragement under the teacher's guidance.
Help prepare and manage digital learning materials before and during class sessions.
Foster a positive, inclusive, and fun online learning atmosphere.
