💥 STOP Stretching Your Sciatica! ❌ If you have sciatica, then you probably have that tight burning down the back of your leg But the problem is not in your leg, it stems from the low back! So the biggest mistake you can make is continually stretching the leg, hoping it gets better Because a sensitive nerve does not want to be stretched, and this can prevent you from healing! So how do you fix this without stretching with the pain is? 🔑 The key here is to address sciatica at the root, which is in the low back!
