These Al agents need extensive access to personal data and device permissions to perform tasks like booking tickets, scheduling events, and messaging friends. They require root-level access to browsers, credit cards, calendars, and messaging apps like Signal. Since these powerful AI models likely process data on cloud servers rather than locally, they create significant vulnerabilities. Whittaker argues that agentic Al threatens to break down protective barriers between different applications and operating systems. She believes the "magic genie bot" convenience comes at too high a cost, undermining existing privacy protections by forcing access to encrypted services and personal data that should remain separate and secure. The changing magnetic field induces a current in the shorted secondary ring. This induced current creates its own magnetic field opposing the original field, causing forces on the ring. A smaller ring reacts more violently due to higher induced current density and forces. 2. Material That Is Not Conductive and Is Unaffected A non-conductive ring lacks free charge carriers, so it remains unaffected by the changing magnetic field. 3. Several Thousand Watts of Power Involved in the Spark The high-power electrical discharge generates strong induced currents and forces in conductive rings. This scenario demonstrates electromagnetic induction and Lenz's Law: Conductive rings experience induced currents and mechanical forces. Non-conductive rings do not experience these effects.
