Here’s a simple breakdown of the most important changes: • Basic Pay must be at least 50 percent of CTC • Gratuity is now available after just 1 year for fixed-term employees • Earned Leave can be availed after 180 days of service • 4-day work week is allowed (weekly total must stay at 48 hours) • Overtime will now be paid at 2x the standard wage • Full & Final settlement must be completed within 2 working days • Monthly salary must be credited before the 7th every month Why this matters: For employees — it means more transparency, faster settlements, and stronger financial security. देश में मजदूरों की न्यूनतम मजदूरी को लेकर चर्चा तेज हो गई है। हाल ही में मजदूरी दरों में बढ़ोतरी को लेकर कई रिपोर्ट और सोशल मीडिया पोस्ट वायरल हो रहे हैं। हालाँकि अभी तक Supreme Court of India या Ministry of Labour and Employment की ओर से ऐसा कोई आधिकारिक आदेश जारी नहीं किया गया है जिसमें कहा गया हो कि 1 अप्रैल 2026 से पूरे देश में एक ही नई मजदूरी दर लागू होगी। भारत में न्यूनतम मजदूरी आमतौर पर राज्य सरकारें तय करती हैं और समय-समय पर इसमें संशोधन होता रहता है। इसलिए अलग-अलग राज्यों में मजदूरी दर अलग हो सकती है। विशेषज्ञों का कहना है कि मजदूरों की आय बढ़ाने और महंगाई के प्रभाव को कम करने के लिए केंद्र और राज्य सरकारें समय-समय पर न्यूनतम मजदूरी में बदलाव करती रहती हैं, लेकिन किसी भी नई दर के लागू होने से पहले आधिकारिक अधिसूचना जारी की जाती है। इसलिए सोशल मीडिया पर चल रही ऐसी जानकारी को साझा करने से पहले सरकारी नोटिफिकेशन या विश्वसनीय स्रोत से पुष्टि करना जरूरी है। #BreakingNews #IndiaNews #LabourNews #MinimumWages #WorkersSalary LabourLaw
