Probably why it took so long to wake up. Had 6 x @precisionfandh gels (2 caffeine). 41km total this morning including WU/CD. Feeling strong. Die 5 größten Fehler, beim Longrun: 1️⃣ Zu schnell laufen: Du musst mit deiner Energie Haushalten, sonst bist du nach den ersten Kilometer schon erschöpft und schaffst die Strecke nicht. 💡 Tipp: ein Longrun ist nur 50% länger als dein normaler Lauf und sollte 1 min pro Km LANGSAMER sein als deine normalen Dauerläufe. 2️⃣ Keine Gels oder Energieriegel dabei haben Für Longruns brauchst du mehr Energie bzw. Kohlenhydrate, als du speichern kannst. Ich decke mich daher immer so mit Gels ein, dass ich ab min. 40 alle 20 - 30 min. ein Gel nehmen kann. 💡Tipp: Probiere während des Longruns verschiedene Gels/Energieriegel aus. Dann weißt du für den Marathon/Halbmarathon, welche für dich funktionieren. 3️⃣ Kein Wasser mitnehmen Das schlimmste: du dehydrierst. Im Sommer ist darum besonders wichtig, Wasser dabei zu haben. Und für manche Gels brauchst du auch Wasser, um sie besser aufzunehmen. 4️⃣ Keine Taschentücher dabei haben Bei kaltem Wetter läuft dir dauernd die Nase. Außerdem kann es immer mal passieren, dass du mal musst 😉 5️⃣ Geh Pausen verfluchen Longrun heißt nicht, dass du die ganze Zeit laufen musst. Du kannst auch Gehpausen einbauen. Manchmal hilft es, die Herzfrequenz runter zu bekommen, wenn du zu schnell warst. Du musst dich dafür nicht schlecht fühlen. PLUS: Ohne Laufweste starten... Denn wo willst du das Wasser, die Gels, Taschentücher, Hausschlüssel, Handy und vielleicht auch Kopfhörer unterbringen? RICHTIG: eine Laufweste oder ein Laufgürtel sind essentiell ☝️ Was nimmst du für deine Longruns mit?
