Ghee is a form of clarified butter made by slowly simmering butter until all of its moisture has evaporated and its milk solids begin to brown. ⁠ ⁠ These solids are then strained out, and the remaining pure butterfat has a nutty flavor and aroma and an ultrahigh smoke point (as much as 485 degrees) that allows it to be used for high-heat applications in which whole butter (with a smoke point of 250 to 300 degrees) would burn. ⁠ ⁠ @winkofaneye shows us how to make hands-off ghee. Things I don’t buy . Homemade Ghee (Easy and quick method ) Making Ghee at home is very cost-effective also very easy. You can make ghee in bulk and it can easily last for 3 months . You just need one ingredient : UNSALTED BUTTER I agree fermented one is better but I this one is good . I will share fermented one too I have used kerrygold unsalted butter . You can use any unsalted butter Put sticks of regular butter into a heavy-bottomed pan and heat. Once the butter starts to boil, turn down the heat a little. No need to cook on high Cook for 10 to 15 minutes or until the milk proteins have completely separated. Turn off the heat when the bottom layer starts to turn golden brown. Let it cool a little, strain through a fine-mesh strainer or a clean piece of cheesecloth into small glass jars, and let cool. You can store in airtight containers for 3 months .
