💡 Mit der häufigste Grund für eine LWS-Blockade sind zu feste und steife umliegenden Strukturen, die das Gelenk ganz vereinfacht gesagt „festhalten“☝🏼
➡️ Ursache dafür sind oft einseitige monotone Belastungen wie das dauerhafte Sitzen, mangelnde Bewegung, zu schwache Muskulatur bzw. allgemein muskuläre Dysbalancen, Stress etc.
👉🏼 Um akut Blockaden zu lösen, ist die Kombi aus TRIGGERN + MOBILITY wohl die effektivste und nachhaltigste Methode!
✅ Durch das TRIGGERN werden Verspannungen bzw. Verhärtungspunkte gelöst
✅ Mithilfe von MOBILITY kommt Bewegung ins Gewebe, was die Durchblutung sowie den Stoffwechsel anregt und so für Lockerung sorgt!
Allgemein gilt es aber, die Verspannungen langfristig zu vermeiden und das schafft man, indem der Bereich mehr gestärkt wird und stets in BEWEGUNG bleibt❗️
