I would eat this everyday 😮‍💨 𝘿𝙚𝙩𝙖𝙞𝙡𝙨: - 1/2 cup oats - 3/4 cup water - 1/2 tbsp maple syrup - 1/4 tsp vanilla extract - Pinch of salt 𝙏𝙤𝙥𝙥𝙚𝙙 𝙬𝙞𝙩𝙝: - Peanut butter - Granola - Berries - Chocolate - Banana 𝘿𝙞𝙧𝙚𝙘𝙩𝙞𝙤𝙣𝙨: 1. In a bowl, combine the oats, water, maple syrup, vanilla extract, and salt. 2. Microwave for 90 seconds. 3. This is my favorite way to make hot creamy oatmeal that won’t upset my stomach 🫶🏼 Ingredients: 1 1/2 cup water 1 cinnamon stick 1 cup oatmeal 1 cup non dairy milk (I used @califiafarms cashew milk) 1 tsp vanilla 2-3 Tbsp maple syrup cinnamon powder for topping Steps: 1. Bring water to a boil. add cinnamon stick and oatmeal. Reduce heat to simmer, cover with lid, simmer for 10 minutes. 2. Add milk, vanilla, maple syrup, stir, and cover with lid again and simmer for 3-5 more minutes to thicken 3. top with a little more cinnamon and enjoy #avena #oatmeal #healthyoatmeal #avenamexicana #mexicanoatmeal

😏RECIPE (2 servings) 1/3 cup rolled oats
1 cup peeled, cored and finely chopped apple 1 teaspoon chia seeds 1/4 teaspoon ground ginger (I used cinnamon) 1/2 cup unsweetened applesauce 1/2 teaspoon vanilla bean powder or vanilla extract . 1. In a medium saucepan over medium heat, whisk together the oats, chopped apple, chia seeds, ginger, applesauce and 1 cup water. 2. Cook for 10 minutes, stirring often, until the oats are soft and thick. If needed, add an extra 2 to 3 tablespoons of water for desired consistency. Stir in the vanilla and divide between bowls. 3. Enjoy as is or with your favorite toppings. Hope you’re doing well! here’s a little inspo for this weekend:)) you need: 40g oats @koro_de *Anzeige 1 tsp flax seeds 120-50 ml water splash of oatmilk 1/2 banana + maple syrup + 1 tbsp coconut oil vegan chocolate chips granola peanut butter Method: Mix your oats, water and plant milk in a pot and let it warm up, cook it on low medium heat for about 5 minutes. In the meantime, cut your banana in half and then lengthwise. fry them at low heat in a pan with a some coconut oil and maple syrup. PB & Chocolate Chip Cookie Baked Oats✨ Not only does this recipe give approx 20% of your iron intake from the oats, flour, egg, & dark chocolate, it’s also high in fiber & magnesium to aid in digestion & cramps! Feel free to add as much chocolate & peanut butter your heart desires & make sure to use a low calcium milk! (Recipe below!) Recipe: Ingredients- 1/2 ripe banana 1 small egg or 1/2 a large egg Dash of vanilla 1 tbsp oil (I used avocado oil) 1/4 cup low calcium milk (some low calcium milks are cashew/oat/rice/almond milk) 1/4 cup rolled oats 2 tbsp all purpose flour or whole wheat flour Pinch of salt 1/3 tsp baking powder Dark chocolate chips to liking 1 tbsp chocolate hazelnut butter 1 tbsp chunky or creamy peanut butter Directions- 1. Preheat the oven to 350F. 2. To a small baking dish (I used the Martha Stewart mini baking dish - similar dishes linked in my Amazon storefront in my bio), add the banana & mash into a puree. 3. Then add all the ingredients listed above (minus the peanut butter and chocolate hazelnut butter) & mix until well combined. 4. Add the peanut butter & chocolate hazelnut butter to the center & cover with the batter. Top with more chocolate chips & bake for 10-15 minutes or until the baked oats have risen in the center. 5. Take out, top with more chocolate hazelnut butter, peanut butter, & salt. Enjoy! #food #foodstagram #breakfast #healthy

Warm, brown sugar cinnamon oatmeal with pops of juicy (yes juicy) raisins is a staple from my childhood 😌 There are a million and one recipes for healthy oatmeal, so if that’s what you’re looking for, respectfully, this isn’t the recipe for you. But if you’re looking for a warm bowl of oatmeal with all the comforting flavors of brown sugar, cinnamon, and vanilla, I promise this will be a keeper. INGREDIENTS • 2 cups old fashioned oats • 4 cups milk (I use unsweetened vanilla almond) • 3/4 cup light brown sugar • 1 1/2 tsp cinnamon • 1 cup raisins • 1 tsp vanilla bean paste • Start by bringing your oats and milk to a boil of medium-high heat. Should take roughly 5-ish minutes. Stir frequently. • Once boiling, reduce heat to a simmer and toss in your raisins. I add raisins at this step to allow them to soak in some of that warm milk. This makes them soft and pillowy and is a CRUCIAL step to how I prefer my oatmeal. If you throw the raisins in as a topping, they will be cold and firm. No thanks. Oh, and continue to stir frequently for roughly 10 minutes. • Once oatmeal has reached your preferred consistency (I like mine creamy vs soupy), add in brown sugar, cinnamon, and vanilla.
