CUTake care of yourself ✨ Nell’epoca in cui viviamo siamo sempre tutti di corsa, pieni di impegni, e spesso è davvero difficile ritagliarsi del tempo per prendersi cura di sé e dedicarsi dei momenti di amore e cura. Prendermi cura di me stessa è sempre stata la cosa più in fondo alle mie to-do list, che spesso per la stanchezza non portavo a termine. Sto notando che questa manciata di minuti dedicata a me stessa mi aiuta davvero tantissimo a sentirmi meglio nel resto del tempo.
Tra i prodotti di @aromazone_italia che io utilizzo per prendermi cura della mia pelle sto amando particolarmente il loro siero all’acido ialuronico che ha una concentrazione molto alta e che leviga, idrata e rimpolpa la pelle. Per il contorno occhi invece utilizzo il loro siero roll-on alla caffeina che riduce le occhiaie e il gonfiore, lo utilizzo al mattino e prima di andare a dormire ✨ entrambi rendono la mia pelle luminosissima e idratata.
