WORST Skincare: Products I genuinely think are overhyped 🚨 In 2026, I’m de-influencing. We need to stop overconsuming and start focusing on well-formulated essentials that actually work. These are products that, in my professional opinion, you don’t need, don’t justify their hype or price, and probably shouldn’t be viral. ❌ Kosas Tinted SPF I really wanted to love this — the brand even sent it to me — but it just doesn’t sit well on my skin. Extremely greasy, breaks down makeup, and never fully sets. A tinted SPF should simplify your routine, not make your base slide. ❌ La Roche-Posay Cicaplast Baume Don’t hate me, but this is massively overhyped. Highly comedogenic for many skins, and there are better barrier-repair options on the market with more elegant formulations. ❌ Garnier Exfoliating Micellar Water A makeup remover with chemical exfoliants makes no sense. Using this daily — especially around the eyes — risks damaging your skin barrier. Cleansing and exfoliating should not be combined like this. ❌ Medicube Collagen Wrapping Mask I was sent over $1,000 of Medicube products, and I’ll be honest: these masks are mainly a visual gimmick. The glass-skin effect looks amazing, but my hydration levels after use showed almost no improvement. Temporary glow, yes — long-term benefits, very minimal. ❌ Kiehl’s Daily UV Defense Luxury sunscreen is my ultimate pet peeve. SPF should be accessible to everyone. This one is extremely expensive and left a visible white cast on my skin — I can’t imagine it on deeper skin tones. ❌ Beauty of Joseon Oil Cleanser I love many BOJ products, but this one is a no. Instant breakouts every time I try it. Not nearly as “gentle” as claimed, especially for acne-prone skin. ❌ SKIN1004 Tone Brightening Cleanser Surprisingly irritating and quite drying, even on non-sensitive skin. If you like the brand, the Ampoule Foam Cleanser is a much better option. ❌ TIRTIR Milk Toner Doesn’t deeply hydrate, offers no real moisturising effect, and is highly comedogenic for many skin types. The milky texture feels nice, but results just aren’t there.

Comes out warm, fluffy, sweet and protein packed! Here’s what mine included 👇🏽 Recipe: 413 calories | 24P | 10F | 57C 2 medium eggs 100g light Greek yogurt 30g plain flour 20g honey 1 tsp cinnamon 100g frozen raspberries 1tsp baking powder Customise it however you like. You can add chocolate chips, swap honey for sugar free maple to save calories or use any berries you want. This one is 100% macro magic @fillingmeals ⭐️🫵🏽
