Dat komt allemaal door de vele klachten over geluidsoverlast die door de padellers veroorzaakt wordt. Stay Calm. Paddle Fast. Ever notice how some paddlers look calm and fast, while others are fighting the water and getting nowhere? That’s not just fitness, it’s cortisol. I used to think brute force was the answer. But all it gave me was a racing heart, tight shoulders, and a boat that refused to glide. High cortisol, high stress, and mediocre results. Now, I train for engineered efficiency, working with the water, not against it. My heart rate stays low, my mind stays clear, and my speed goes up.
