ALThe true reason to why I started training in the first place. I actually never spoke about it much on social media for years but pectus excavatum is something which used to bother me a lot when I was younger. I didn’t speak much about it on social media simply because it got to the point where I literally forgot that I had it! Starting to work out and learning calisthenics was the greatest journey I have ever embarked on, and because of it, having pectus never bothered me ever again. I will for sure be posting more about it, to reach as many people around the world who have pectus as I can in order to inspire them to also embark on such a life changing journey. I now understand that I can use this slight, common deformity to inspire others around the world. Therefore, I am so grateful that I was born with this and I would not change a thing.
