Proactive this until you can achieve 10 reps in one set. Once you can do that, move on to the… BODY ROW. Once you can do 10 of these in a row, it’s time to move to the… PULL-UP. Work on maxing out your rep-ranges, while ensuring you use proper form, until you can achieve 10 reps. The number one thing is to maintain your progression efforts. Keep working on it, and eventually you’ll get there.
