I include postpartum and baby and me yoga in my PYTT for a reason. We do so much to prepare for birth, but once the baby is born, new parents are left to figure it out for themselves. In Khalsa Way Prenatal Yoga, we utilize the ancient science of yoga and meditation to optimize a woman’s time with baby in womb, to heal the past and create a new story for motherhood.
This February, we will host our first Khalsa Way Prenatal Yoga Teacher Training in three years. We will all be staying together at the magical Mayaland Resort at the heart of Chichén Itzá, México, one of the New Seven Wonders of the World. It is a sacred place on sacred land. It will hold us, like a womb, while we unlearn to relearn and begin to birth our new selves for a new world. We will eat together, swim together, dance, play and live like a village of women.
