This content repurposing process has changed my entire content creation and repurposing workflow… I promise that’s no exaggeration. I start a new chat inside Claude every single time I have a new piece of long-form content. So for me, that’s a YouTube video that I pull the transcript from, drop it in, and all I say is… “can you take this transcript and optimize it for all platforms as a document.” That’s it, that’s the whole prompt. I am not over here crafting some elaborate 10-step complex prompt. The magic is already baked into the system I built inside the project in Claude, so I barely have to do anything to get this running. It does take a bit of time to process, about 10 minutes… … but when I come back, I have a newsletter, a blog post, podcast show notes, YouTube keywords and titles, LinkedIn posts, Instagram content ideas, TikTok concepts, Threads posts, Pinterest pins, and short-form clip timestamps. From one transcript. I’ve been building and refining this repurposing framework for over a decade, and AI has made it faster than I ever thought possible. Something that used to take me an entire week now takes a few hours, and most of that time is just me tweaking, editing, and scheduling what it gave me.

Same core idea, different angle so it feels native: • TikTok: the raw hook and the story • Instagram: the clean takeaway and the saveable steps • LinkedIn: the lesson and the proof • Email: the deeper context and the “here’s what to do next” If you are copy pasting, people can feel it.
