Mas, que muitos praticantes ainda fazem uma execução não eficaz para o melhor aproveitamento deste exercício.. Na forma Errada ❌ os cotovelos ficam baixos e os braços esticados além do movimento estar muito aberto deixando de aproveitar a contração na musculatura e tirando a tensão da mesma.. Na forma Correta ✅ Perceba que elevo meus cotovelos, faço uma leve flexão neles, com a coluna alinhada, faço um movimento de adução nas escapulas em 90 graus concentrando a sobrecarga diretamente na musculatura do trapézio medial e romboides, provocando assim a fadiga dos mesmos de forma isolada e inteligente ..
