CYHow to: Start and stop on the rollers:
1. With a support of one leg on the ground or rollers frame, start spinning the pedals with the other leg.
2. After few spins, wheels will start acting as gyroscopes and the bike will be stable.
3. Hop on the saddle, start spinning as normal.
4. To stop - unclip one feet as usual and while wheels are still spinning put it on the ground or frame.
5. Unclip the second leg and you’re done!
