EIThis is is Schuberth C5 modular helmet painted in theme of two powerful avatars of Lord Vishnu - 'Narasimha' and 'Varaha'
The entire process starts with a concept or design, incorporating the ideas of client. Once design is ready, prep work begins and we make the surface ready for painting -
Dismantle helmet
Masking and taping
Sanding
Primer spray
Sanding again
Base coat layer
The above steps are for just making the surface ready
After that it is a long process of laying the artwork - one step at a time, and giving time for curing in between, also laying clear coats in middle to seal the layer before going to next layer.
Finally, entire work is sealed with 4 layers of @axaltarefinish 679s clear coat and finally polished, and assembled.
This is a showcase of pure hand work and manual labour of love, you can sense the artistry in every stroke and corner in this helmet
