1 3/4 C self-raising flour
¾ C Greek yoghurt
½ tsp salt
200g sliced ham
½ zucchini, grated
½ C grated cheese
4 tbsp tomato paste (or tomato-based sauce)
Pre-heat your oven to 180°C. In a bowl, combine the flour, greek yoghurt and salt. Mix well until a dough ball forms. Lightly sprinkle some flour on your bench and roll out the dough in a rectangular shape until 4mm thick. Carefully spread the tomato paste on the base and scatter the zucchini, ham and cheese evenly on top. Starting from the bottom of the dough, roll it up carefully and slice it into 9-10 even pieces. Place each piece into a greased muffin tray and bake in the oven for 15-20 mins or until golden brown

IAElevate your pizza scrolls with 2 ingredient dough ❤️ Honestly a game changer - you will never make scrolls with puff pastry ever again. Perfect for lunchboxes or snacks.
Ingredients:
250g Greek yoghurt
220g self raising flour
Tomato paste
Italian herbs seasoning
Salami
Ham
Grated cheese
Basil
Method:
1. Preheat oven to 180C
2. Measure the flour and yogurt - add together to combine. I like to use a spoon to get this going.
3. Once it comes together turn dough out onto a floured surface and knead until smooth.
4. Roll out and add all the pizza ingredients. Roll up gently into a log shape and slice to your desired thicknesses.
5. Place scrolls onto lined pan and bake for approximately 15 minutes.

HAPIZZA SCROLLS 🍕🍕

The perfect meal prep snack!

WHAT YOU NEED
- 2 sheets puff pastry, thawed
- 2 Tbsp Pizza Sauce
- 1 Brown Onion, diced
- 1 Red Capsicum, diced
- 2 handfuls of Baby Spinach, roughly chopped
- 1/2 Cup Diced Bacon
- 1 Tbsp BBQ sauce
*Optional- sprinkle of @spicetub Pizza Master (code: SPICYHAYLEY)
- 1/2 Cup Mozzarella Cheese
- 1 Egg
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
WHAT TO DO
- Preheat oven to 180C and line a tray with baking paper
- In a fry pan over medium heat, add all ingredients EXCEPT cheese and egg
- Once all ingredients are cooked, remove from fry pan into a bowl and allow to cool
- Once cooled, add cheese and stir through whisked egg
- Spread pizza sauce on puff pastry and spoon cooked mixture on top
- Roll pastry and cut each sheet into 8 scrolls
- Place on baking tray and bake for 25- 30 minutes or until golden brown and crispy

NOTutorial on how to make a simple and delicious cinnamon wreath.
Start by making the dough and filling.
Roll out your dough, spread your filling, roll it up as if you are making scrolls. Then cut it in half, take one of the rolls and place it in a circle on a baking tray. Put the ends together and pull on end over the other. I visualise that it’s a snake eating its butt. 😆
Then place a scissor diagonally and make a cut, push it to the left then repeat but push it to the right. Keep doing this until you made it all the way around. Voila! Bake and eat 😃

Makes about 12 two bite scrolls. They’ll be smaller than the store bought ones but just as delicious.
Ingredients
2 sheets of puff pastry
Vegemite
2 cups Shredded cheese
An egg, beaten
1. Separate the sheets of puff pastry and place them in the fridge for 15 minutes to soften.
2. Heat oven to 220C or 430F.
3. Spread a thin layer of Vegemite on one side.
4. Sprinkle the cheese generously on top of the Vegemite.
5. Roll it up tightly into a log.
6. Slice a thin bit off the end then slice 3cm thick scrolls.
7. Place them vertically on a baking paper on a tray.
8. Paint them in the beaten egg.
9. Bake for about 15 minutes until golden and beautiful.
Extras: You can modify this endlessly, eg adding small bit of ham, switching it to Nutella and choc chips - wherever you want to take it.
Allergens: Eggs, dairy in the puff pastry, gluten.

AL5 ingredient pizza scrolls that are much better then the store bought ones 😮💨 perfect for the kiddies lunchbox
1.5 cups of flour (I used wholemeal self raising flour)
1 cup Greek yoghurt
Ham
Grated cheese
Tomato paste/sauce
Mix the greek yoghurt together until you form a dough. Add more flour if it seems sticky. Roll it out into a rectangle/oval shape(I had to use an oil can as I couldn't find my rolling pin🤣) spread on your tomato paste, ham & cheese. Roll it up and cut into 8 scrolls. Pop them onto a lined baking tray & bake for around 10-12 minutes on 180
