Step into an evening of soulful movement and inner renewal with A+Solmatic Flow Workshop—a guided journey of somatic exploration, dance, and embodied flow, uplifted by the conscious and intentional music of Sol Blessed.
This practice invites you to come home to yourself—to soften what feels heavy, awaken what feels dormant, and open the channels where your body’s wisdom flows. Through intuitive movement, rhythm, and spacious guidance, we’ll release tension, activate natural energy, and create room for grounding, clarity, and expansion.
You’ll be invited to:

Flow and express—through somatic sequences that bring joy and freedom.
