STThe Northern is a residential building on the Adriatic coast. Its surroundings are defined by a rare dune, shaped over time between water and rock.
The building follows the same logic.
Built in brick and set close to the rock, The Northern feels grounded, almost geological. At the same time, the apartments open toward the sea and the feeling recalls on being on the deck of a boat.
Always facing the Adriatic.
The ‘Northern’ completes the Dukagjini Resort on the coast of Shengjin, forming the final piece of a coastal ensemble.
