Tips: 1. When your start your study session make sure you completely avoid cozy area and your mobile phones 2. Natural light is very important so try to study in natural light 3. When you take 2 hrs of break you can sleep for some time to relax your mind 4. You can also take a break fir 2 to 5 minutes in between study session 5. Maybe I just couldn’t focus like other students. But later I realised something important: It wasn’t my capability. It was how I was studying. I was wasting hours doing things that felt like studying but didn’t actually help. Here are a few things I wish someone told me earlier: 1️⃣ Clear your basics first. Most students struggle not because the chapter is hard, but because the foundation is weak. 2️⃣ Stop comparing your life with others. You’re seeing their free time, not the hard work that got them there. 3️⃣ Don’t believe every thought your mind creates. Overthinking makes small problems look huge. 4️⃣ Study with attention, not just for long hours. 2 focused hours can beat 6 distracted hours. 5️⃣ Use your energy wisely. The time and focus you have right now won’t always feel this strong.
