Greetings from **TechSpark Club, RIT**!
This mail explains the **step-by-step registration process** for **Prompt2Page – Hackathon**. Please read carefully and follow the instructions to avoid any confusion during team registration.

## 🔹 STEP 1: TEAM LEADER REGISTRATION
1. Login to the **TechSpark RIT Website**
2. Go to **Events → Prompt2Page Hackathon**
3. Select **Create Team / Register Event**
4. Enter the **Team Name** and **Team Leader details**
5. Verify the entered details and submit the registration
✅ After successful registration, a **Team Code** will be displayed in a **popup message**.

## 🔹 STEP 2: IF TEAM CODE POPUP IS MISSED
If the Team Leader accidentally misses the Team Code popup:
1. Go to **Registered Events** section in the TechSpark RIT Website
2. Select **Prompt2Page Hackathon**
3. The **Team Code** will be visible there
📌 Share this **Team Code** with your team members.

## 🔹 STEP 3: TEAM MEMBER REGISTRATION
1. Team members must login to the **TechSpark RIT Website**
2. Go to **Events → Prompt2Page Hackathon**
3. Choose **Join Event**
4. Enter the **Team Code shared by the Team Leader**
5. Verify the Team Name displayed
6. Add team member details and confirm

## 🔹 STEP 4: FINAL CONFIRMATION
* After joining, both **Team Leader and Team Members** can view:
* Team Name
* Team Members list
* These details will be visible in the **Registered Events** section for all registered team members.

* Team size: **Maximum 4 members**
* All registrations must be done only through the **TechSpark RIT Website**
* Team Code should not be shared with students outside your team
