You PREPARE your body to handle SPEED. ⬇️ 1️⃣BOUNDING for power. 2️⃣ACTIVATION for stability. 3️⃣DRILLS for coordination. 4️⃣TECHNIQUE for efficiency. 1️⃣ Bounding Teaches your body to be BOUNCY and POWERFUL. Sprinting is about pushing into the ground and bouncing off it quickly (short ground contact) 2️⃣ Banded Glute Activation Wakes up the HIPS and GLUTES so they actually generate POWER. If they’re not active, you lose power and stability. 3️⃣ Drills Improve COORDINATION and TIMING. They help your legs land in the right position and get off the ground faster.
