This specific creek mouth has to drain and it will drain 100% at some point anyway. To prevent many other problems from happening, simply speeding up the inevitable is an easy way to help. It does breach by itself frequently and the need for heavy equipment is required sometimes also to prevent flooding, meandering flow and property damage. This is the reality of this area. And stagnant water in the creek mouth is BAD and creates a breeding ground for mosquitoes, it can increase bacteria levels in the water and causes more danger to the public and environment. But also breaching this creek mouth by hand or with a shovel can be possible at some certain unique situations. Then the use of heavy equipment is less needed on the sand. (I have documented and have videos of all situations to prove)
