Here’s a full, efficient, and effective upper body workout: Incline dumbbell press Lat pulldown Shoulder press Seated cable row Overhead tricep extension Bicep curl variation Perform each movement for 2 to 3 sets of 6 to 10 reps, and aim to increase either weight or reps each workout. Do this consistently and you’ll build a stronger, more developed upper body in no time.
