YOHere’s how to transform your horizontal videos into vertical ones for social media in just seconds using Premiere Pro 📲
We’ve all been there: you filmed in horizontal, but now you need a vertical version for Instagram or TikTok.
And manually reframing everything takes time, but there’s a faster way.
Open Premiere Pro, right-click on your sequence and select Auto Reframe Sequence.
In the pop-up window, choose the Vertical 9:16 aspect ratio.
Now click Create.
Premiere Pro will automatically adjust the framing, detecting the most important parts of your video and keeping them in focus.
