Each crop grown on an aeroponic tower has its own growth cycle and time to maturity. While you can mix and match different crops on the same tower, we practice monocropping: growing one type of crop per tower. This way, all plants mature at the same time, allowing us to harvest the entire tower in one pass and maximize productivity. If we mixed different crops, they’d mature at different times, meaning we’d have to harvest in stages, leave empty spots on the tower, and reduce overall yield output. #agriculture #farming #gardening #horticulture #aeroponics #soilless #hydroponics #verticalfarming
