UPDATE ~ Week 17 ~ ✂️ Cut Phase ✂️ (Peak Week) We are on the final push now and in the middle of peak week 📸👀 Starting with weight as always, this week I have seen fluctuations between 57-58kg mark. Was I worried … nope 😂 my body is doing what it needs to do, training, cardio and steps have all been swapping round. Water intake is up and food/re-feed is happening. I’m not focused on the number but how my body is looking and if we need to lose a re-feed day and have an extra settling day then that’s the way we will go. Body wise I feel like I’m looking my best, which is a win seen as it’s the last week haha 😂 Everything is coming together, legs tighter more defined, upper body even more vascular and my waist just keeps getting tighter. If I had to shoot tomorrow I would be proud of what I have produced 🙌🏼💪🏼 Training wise I’ve still felt strong, we just stopped training legs after my Wednesday session, so it’s upper all the way. Volume is increased on the sets just as I’m eating more carbs so making the most of it all. I have LOVED ❤️ every second of this prep! Has it always been easy, no but the structure, mindset and drive it’s brought to my life as a whole has been epic! 17 weeks pregnant! I am so looking forward to hitting 20 weeks, and it feels like it's both so soon and so far away! I really look forward to learning the gender of the baby alongside hopefully finding out that the subchorionic hemorrhage I had or have is healed and no longer an issue! But, this week we have a appointment with my midwife, and then we are hopefully going to do our first whole family camping trip! All three kids and my husband! Today, I'm just prepping for camping trip, so I wanted something super comfy and relaxed for around the house! I've been wearing my @movemamaapparel sweater to sleep in. I got sent these @arcticlynxmaternity leggings and they are so incredibly comfy and stretchy! I can't wait until I have more of a bump to fill them out! But, I've been happy with the fact that they don't slide down even with my tiny bump right now! I really hope that they come out with a pair very similar to this but with pockets! Then, they would be in my ultimate hiking pants for pregnancy! I absolutely LOVE my @joyleta.wear Nursing Sports Bras. They are super soft, comfy, supportive and yet nursing friendly and adorable! I have two different Styles and I love them both so much! They're honestly just might go to for everyday! I also love my @letsgoiksplor Marina will. Especially with the rainy weather lately, it's always nice to have something that keeps you comfortable even if it does end up getting wet! And, I love that it doesn't get stinky like a lot of other clothes, which, I find to be such a struggle while pregnant! Anyone else feel like they just stink always when pregnant? Well, I hope anyone who is currently pregnant is feeling all right, and that my not feeling pregnant is just a phase that I can enjoy and not a sign something is going on. I find it so bizarre how quickly my body changes when it comes to pregnancy. From feeling like I have a huge bump from day one, to then having it just disappear and at 17 weeks just feeling slightly bloated and uncomfortable. Pregnancy is a wild ride!
