⬇️ A simple core & stability routine you can do at home A strong core supports almost everything else you do in training, from lifting and running to posture and everyday movement. This is a simple routine you can do at home. Focus on slow, controlled reps rather than rushing through them. Exercises: Dead bug Side plank reach through (each side) Glute bridge march Slow mountain climbers Hollow hold Workout: Complete 2–3 rounds, aiming for 16–20 reps per exercise. Finish with a hollow hold (aim for up to 30 seconds). Tip: Keep your ribs down and your lower back gently pressed into the mat during the hollow hold.
