This ONE tiny change made my day 10x easier.. I started taking one of my son’s naps to do something for myself. Whether that was 10 minutes or 1 hour I focused on me. I found after doing this for a while, my mind felt more clear and I was showing up as a more present mom for my baby. #ad Today, I woke up feeling extra stiff and knew my body needed a workout. This pregnancy has looked so different from my first and I’ve needed a little extra guidance as my time in the gym has been sporadic, so I’ve been following the prenatal program from the @movesapp and I LOVE it! ❤️

But sometimes, the kindest thing we can do for ourselves is a little tough love. I have never moved my bodv and regretted it - so why do the excuses always come before? Mom brain is so real, with a hundred things on our lists, constant mental load, always trving to conserve energy. So movement feels like climbing a mountain. This is your reminder: movement can help you climb that mountain. It doesn't need an hour or a perfect setup Just start small. Move intentionally. Remind yourself that you matter too! 🤍
