NAVideo to felt world using (mostly) open source software: Wan + VACE + a style frame in ComfyUI! 🤘🏻
Rough process and details:
I stylize the first frame of the video using ChatGPT asking for a cute felt world. It’s cute but not 16:9. Then use Magnific to transform that into a 16:9 image (original image as structure, ChatGPT images as style) that matches the input + a couple tweaks in Photoshop to bring the original character back.
Then in Comfy, I’m using the 1.3B model of Wan 2.1 along with Kijai’s Wan wrapper nodes. VACE control is DWPose + a little bit of depth on the edges. I’ll make a post soon that shows the steps in more detail!
