I always advise doing dynamic stretches before workouts, since they increase flexibility, help you warm up, and protect you from injury before you work out 💪🏼 Leg sweeps: ✨ Put one leg in front of you and keep that leg straight. The other leg behind you keeps you stabilized and this is the leg where you bend your knee. ✨ Hinge at the hips and sweep the floor with your arms and come back up ✨ Alternate sides and repeat Muscles involved: - The pastor chain (runs from the back of your shoulders all the way down to your heels) - Especially hamstrings!!
