So is everyone else, so be prepared to wait 😬 The NPS abandoning the reservation system for Yosemite National Park this year during Firefalls is leading to this type of insane backup for visitors. I believe days like this clearly indicate that demand for visiting Yosemite brings the park to be way over capacity during popular events like Firefalls, especially given the cuts to NPS staffing at the hands of the federal government. Today I saw people parking in the middle of the road, stopping illegally and general chaos due to the crowds.
