Getting to know the Mega — “how do I even move on this thing?” 🔸 Learning the Mega itself — the carriage, springs, platforms, handles, and footbars. Everything feels foreign, unstable, and a little intimidating. 3. Connection to the Body & Moves - “I finally know what I am supposed to be feeling” 🔸 They begin to feel the muscles they’re working. Control improves, transitions get cleaner, and they understand spring load logic. 4. Control of the body — “I can stay longer & deeper, breathe into my shakes” 🔸 Mastering tempo, balance, and endurance. They can hold tension longer and handle complex sequences. 5. Mastery of the mind & body connection — “this is my sanctuary, this is my physical and mental support system” 🔸 Flawless transitions and controlled flow. We still love you 💕🫶 Just some tips for your next Lagree classes: ✅ Slow & controlled in your lunges. Fast movements will throw off your stability and alignment. It’s not about the number of reps. Keep the carriage away from any platforms to avoid slamming. It will keep you in the exercise longer without that break at the top of the lunge. ✅ Spring changes ONLY when the carriage is docked at the front. Line it up with the corresponding slot on the carriage. ✅ Keep constant tension in those cables. The resist back home or resist back to the starting position is just as important! ✅ Transition to the back is easiest when kicking off the front platform or high handle bars, or simply walking to the back. It will look more graceful too! ✅ Use the actual footstraps for your Side Lying Leg Press with Footstraps. ✅ Although it can be fun surfing on the carriage, it’s better to take a kneeling position.
