Pay attention to the muscle groups shown in this video. Your spinal erectors, QLs, abdominals, hip flexors, & piriformis. If the muscles that connect to your lower back are weak and tight, you’d have to be LUCKY not to have back issues. Get these muscles strong and mobile to take luck out of the equation. Start slow and at your own pain free level. But never stop chasing more pain free ability. You have so much more potential than you think. If you don’t want to manually look for progression videos on each movement, I have done for you lower back programs inside my Skool community. 💥 Low Back Pain Control! ❌ Many people with low back pain lose total control of the joints and muscles in their lower back This happens for two reasons 1️⃣ You don’t train mobility control of your lower back 2️⃣ As you develop low back pain, you move your lower back even less which leads to even less control This results in worse mobility and pain! 🔑 The key here is that you can regain control of your lower back through a few basic steps Begin with the regressed exercise leaning against the wall to learn how to isolate tilting your pelvis Then progress to locking the upper body on a table And then in a standing, hinged position If you can go through each of these, regaining your ability to isolate the lower back, you will restore control of this motion, improve your mobility, and reduce your pain! ✅ Want to learn how to fix your back for life?
