Forward drooping posture is often a result of tight muscles in the front of the body, weak muscles in the back of the body, and loss of spinal mobility causing the shoulder girdle to be placed in a forward drooping position. Desk work, computer work, use of digital devices, etc. all contribute to this forward drooping posture. Overtime this posturing can lead to shoulder, neck, and back pain causing conditions. 🔥These are a few of my favorite exercises to address all these limitations, leading to improved posture.
