For the past few months I’ve been hitting the same pull day and this is what it looks like. I’ve been really focused lately on progressively overloading, I kind of lost focus on doing that for a while. I train nearly every set to failure and take around 2-4 minutes to rest between sets. This is what works for me and I’d definitely recommend giving it a try: Lat Pulldown - 2x6-10 Seated Row - 2x8-10 Cable Pullovers - 2x8-12 Rope Hammer Curls - 2x8-10 Dumbbell Curls - 2x6-10
